[TOLEDO, Ohio] – United Way of Greater Toledo (UWGT) is thrilled to announce its annual Campaign Celebration on Thursday, May 25th, 2023. The event takes place at the Glass City Metropark Pavilion and will be attended by United Way staff, Board of Directors, Corporate Partners, Granted Partners, CEOs, Campaign Managers, media, and community members.
The Campaign Celebration is an opportunity to honor the impact that United Way has had on the Greater Toledo community and to recognize the efforts of over 80 corporate and community partners who have worked tirelessly to make positive change possible. Attendees will enjoy refreshments and networking before the awards program and presentation.
“We are excited to celebrate the success of our annual campaign and recognize the outstanding efforts of our corporate and community partners,” said Wendy Pestrue, CEO of United Way of Greater Toledo. “This event is a testament to the power of coming together as a community to make a difference in the lives of our neighbors so they may live healthy, happy lives.”
The awards program will share inspiring stories of success, give thanks to the hard work of all involved, and bring the community together to continue positively impacting Greater Toledo. The Annual Campaign Celebration will take place from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the Glass City Metropark Pavilion, located at 1001 Front St. in Toledo, OH 43605.
