Performance Measures
- Number and percentage of individuals with an increase in net income or net worth.
- Number and percentage of individuals who retain employment for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, or are placed in jobs/advance in their current roles.
- Number and percentage of individuals with a credit score increase.
- Number and percentage of individuals receiving integrated financial and employment coaching.
- Number and total amount of taxes prepared and refunds received (federal and state)
