Housing Success Measures
We want people in our community to avoid homelessness and have access to tools and resources to live in their own home. We work with our partners in the community to provide housing resources for people who are at risk of becoming homeless or who have already been homeless. Our partners help community members find temporary housing options as well as permanent solutions.
