women’s initiative

Women’s Initiative mobilizes and networks women to be leaders, philanthropists, and advocates on issues concerning women and children.

Since 2001, this passionate network has raised and invested more than $2 million into programs like WordShop and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Lucas County.

Today, Women’s Initiative proudly supports the Family & Child Abuse Prevention Center, continuing its mission to create lasting change through collective action and philanthropy.
