The Signature Mentorship Program is one of the most unique opportunities available to Emerging Leaders members. Over eight months, you’ll join a small cohort of peers and engage directly with accomplished community leaders who are invested in your growth.

Through facilitated group sessions, honest conversations, and real-world insights, you’ll leave the program with a stronger network, clearer goals, and a deeper connection to the community.

This year’s program moves to a cohort-based group model designed to maximize engagement and create a richer experience for every participant. Here’s what to expect:

• Join a cohort of Emerging Leaders peers
• Attend six sessions from April 2026 through January 2027
• Hear from experienced community leaders at each session
• Participate in guided discussions on topics relevant to your career and community
• Set and work toward a personal goal between each session
• Opportunity to connect 1:1 with speakers you want to continue a conversation with
