Join us for the second annual I Invest in ME Leadership Conference and Fundraiser, hosted in partnership with Owens Community College!

This year’s conference will explore the many ways individuals can lead with authenticity, confidence, and purpose.

Attendees are invited to a powerful day of inspiration, connection, and growth, designed for leaders at every stage of their journey. Whether you’re just getting started or have years of experience, you’ll leave with actionable strategies and new perspectives to enhance your leadership impact.

Proceeds from the I Invest in ME Leadership Conference directly support the AALC’s mission to empower local youth and adult leaders through leadership development opportunities.

In 2024, AALC proudly supported:

Junior Achievement’s 5th Year Program, by providing a professional development experience for students preparing to enter the workforce or college.
Toledo Public Schools’ Young Men and Young Women of Excellence Programs, which empower high school students through mentorship and leadership engagement.
A scholarship for Leadership Toledo’s Signature Program, a transformative experience that gives community members deeper insights into our community and the various ways they can lead and serve.

Dr. P, The Leadership Coach

President & Lead Strategist, The Ronald Group

Dr. Patrice McClellan is the President and Lead Strategist, affectionately known as Dr. P. She is a nationally recognized leadership expert and often referred to as THE LEADERSHIP COACH.

With over 20 years of experience grooming leaders and helping organizations thrive, Dr. P has been preparing leaders in various sectors of higher education, banking, and non-profit organizations.

In addition, Dr. P is a published author on leadership activism and a community advocate. She is most proud of her role with the United Way of Greater Toledo’s African American Leadership Council and her fundraising activity for the Children Defense Fund’s Freedom School housed at the Monroe Street Neighborhood Center.
