Women’s Initiative Pursuing Inspiration

Join Women’s Initiative of United Way at their annual event, Pursuing Inspiration, featuring Amy Hall, a Toledo native, Certified Life Coach and President of Ebony Construction, who will inspire women by sharing how they can find a new normal with themselves and taking the lessons we have all learned over the past two years and integrating them into our daily lives.
Amy is a trailblazer within her industry, being the first woman of color to become chairman of the board for a state organization in the heavy highway construction industry, she is also a strong advocate for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program on both the state and national level. Previously, Amy was a lead presenter for the National Workforce and Development Initiative and a panelist for the Ohio Civil Rights Symposium and the 2019 Marathon Women’s Empowerment Summit. In 2020, Amy was recognized by the YWCA Milestones: A Tribute to Women in the business category.
Proceeds from this event will help support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Lucas County, ensuring that more kids between the ages of 0-5 can receive one free book each month.
