CVA Recognition
The performance-based "Certified in Volunteer Administration" credential is offered for those in volunteer management capable of applying knowledge to experience in a variety of core competencies. Volunteer managers having earned the CVA have demonstrated their expertise in ethics, organizational management, human resource management, accountability, leadership, and advocacy.
