Show your guests you care: Partner with United Way

What does being a United Way Caring Giving Hotel require? Being a United Way Caring Giving Hotel entails making a commitment to help change lives in our community. The commitment involves making a predetermined and agreed upon donation to United Way for each hotel room booked per night at your hotel. The level of commitment, whether a specific dollar amount given per room per night or a percentage of reservation fee, can be discussed and decided between your company and a representative from United Way.

What are the benefits? As a United Way Caring Giving Hotel you are demonstrating to your guests that your company cares about the community and the people who live here.  You are giving your guests a reason to feel good about staying at your hotel and a reason to come back again and again.

United Way will provide your company permission to use our logo to create signage and promotional materials. Your company will also be provided with a brief statement that can be used on the bottom of a check in/check out form, notifying guests of your United Way Caring Giving Hotel status. In addition, United Way will send a news release to Ottawa County newspapers announcing our partnership.
