United Way Announces Poster Contest Winner: Elizabeth P. of Ottawa Hills Elementary School

United Way of Greater Toledo held a poster contest open to any student through 8th grade. We received many submissions, and are proud to announce Elizabeth P. from Ottawa Hills Elementary School as our winner!
