African American Leadership Council of United Way

To positively impact the African American community by advocating effective initiatives through strategic partnerships, leadership development and volunteerism.

Advancing the education, income and health of African American males.

We are a diverse group of corporate, professional and nonprofit community leaders. As volunteers, our responsibility is to provide commitment, passion and a sense of purpose that propels our group to create impact and overcome obstacles. We are proud to commit time, energy and financial resources to build a stronger community. African American Leadership Council of United Way (AALC) is made up of more than 100 members and is led by a Joint Council along with a volunteerism, leadership development, strategic partnership and scholarship committee. We hope you will join us!
